Answer over 40,000 policy and operational documents with citation-grade accuracy, on-tenancy, to PROTECTED-level expectations.
Complexities we solved
- Answers had to inherit document permissions, not just retrieve them.
- There was no way to know whether answer quality degraded after a model change.
Result
OIDC-scoped hybrid retrieval with a citation layer and a CI evaluation gate; P95 latency 2.1 s, groundedness 0.94, zero data-egress findings.
The ask
Deploys had to become declarative, auditable and reversible on a platform with recurring incidents.
Complexities we solved
- Releases were hand-assembled and impossible to reproduce.
- Incidents surfaced only when customers noticed them.
Result
GitOps with a single-PR path to production, health-gated rollback and golden-signal dashboards; MTTR fell from four hours to 22 minutes.
The ask
Data entry, validation, reporting and multi-clinic access for a national clinical registry.
Complexities we solved
- Legacy data quality was unknown until reconciled.
- Access rules differ per clinic, per role and per study.
Result
A validated data model with role-based access, a migration signed off line by line, and 14 clinics onboarded in the first wave.

- Four decades of metadata lived in legacy formats.
- Retention and disposal rules had to survive the migration intact.
Result
2.1M records migrated with a reconciliation report the client signed off; integrations removed the manual uploads staff had endured.
